Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dice potatoes, when oil and pan is hot through in diced potatoes.
  2. As potatoes are cooking, brown sausage as you would ground beef.
  3. When potatoes and sausage are browned combine the two conserving the sausage grease.
  4. Take beaten egg and scramble in grease.
  5. Mix the egg together with sausage and potatoes and top with cheese.
  6. Enjoy!
