Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Scrub potatoes and bake at 400 for 1 hour or until tender.
  2. Cool potatoes slightly then cut in half lengthwise leaving 1/4 pulp with the skins.
  3. Cut skins in half either across or in strips.
  4. Brush skin sides with melted butter and place on baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle pulp sides with salt and paprika.
  6. Cover pulp with green onions, bacon, hamburger and green pepper then top with cheese.
  7. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes.
  8. Garnish with a dollop of sour cream then serve immediately.
