Beef Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of cooked rice
  • 3 tbsp. of oil
  • pinch of black pepper
  • 3 tbsp. fish sauce or to taste
  • pinch of msg (optional)
  • 1 cup of beef tenderion thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp. thick soy sauce (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a wok or skillet, add oil and garlic cook until golden brown.
  2. Add beef, cook thoughly until done.
  3. Add onion and cook for another 2-3 mintues
  4. Add rice, fish sauce, thick soy sauce, msg and black pepper. Mix well
  5. Add green onion and stir to coat and it ready to serve
  6. Best serve hot !!!
