This beef fried rice, goes perfectly with a side of cucumber and a lime wedges. Ingredients:
3 cups of cooked rice |
3 tbsp. of oil |
3 glove garlic crushed |
pinch of black pepper |
3 tbsp. fish sauce or to taste |
pinch of msg (optional) |
1 cup of beef tenderion thinly sliced |
1/2 cup of green onion long sliced |
2 tbsp. thick soy sauce (optional) |
1/2 onion medium size sliced |
Directions:
1. In a wok or skillet, add oil and garlic cook until golden brown. 2. Add beef, cook thoughly until done. 3. Add onion and cook for another 2-3 mintues 4. Add rice, fish sauce, thick soy sauce, msg and black pepper. Mix well 5. Add green onion and stir to coat and it ready to serve 6. Best serve hot !!! |
