Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. In frying pan, cook ground beef until lightly browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add onion, green pepper, tomatoes, garlic and oregano. Cook until thick.
  4. Arrange zucchini slices on bottom and sides of shallow 1 quart baking dish.
  5. Cover with meat sauce.
  6. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 25 minutes.
