Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper in plastic bag.
  2. Shake the ribs in this mixture.
  3. Brown ribs in hot oil.
  4. Mix water with remaining ingredients.
  5. Pour over ribs.
  6. Bring to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
  8. Add water if necessary while cooking.
