Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup crisco
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/3 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Mix all ingredients well
  3. Bake in loaf pan at 350 for 25-35 min.
