Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel bananas, and slice in half crosswise.
  2. Brush bananas with orange juice
  3. Insert sticks in cut end of bananas
  4. Put on parchment paper lined cookie sheet
  5. Freeze until firm
  6. Melt chocolate and shortening in double boiler
  7. Cool
  8. Spoon chocolate evenly over frozen bananas
  9. Roll coated bananas in nuts, coconut, whatever you choose
  10. Cook time does not include freeze time
