Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Melt Margerine in microwave.
  3. In large bowl, Combine sugar,flour,baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Slightly beat the eggs and add to dry mixture along with melted margerine.
  5. Smash bananas.
  6. Add bananas and milk to mixture.
  7. Mix well with spatula.
  8. Fold in chocolate chips.
  9. Bake 45 min-1 hour for large loaf.
  10. Bake 30-45 min for 3 small loaves.
