Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp garlic, crushed (2 large cloves)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup olive oil

Directions:

  1. Whisk together first five ingredients.
  2. Continue whisking, while drizzling the oil into the mixture.
  3. Set aside the dressing. Allow 30 minutes for the flavors to meld.
