Balsamic Pork Tenderloin Marinade

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard, if desired (i really like the mustard)

Directions:

  1. Mix together and pour over meat and let marinade at least 2 hours. I have done much longer.
  2. I also add herbs that I like, such as rosemary, marjoram, oregano, etc.
