Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 -4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • water (optional)

Directions:

  1. Whisk together in a bowl, or shake vigorously in a well sealed bottle.
  2. Add water to thin (and shake), if desired.
