Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut peeled large banana lengthwise in half.
  3. Place halves cut sides down on greased baking dish and brush with lemon juice.
  4. Drizzle with butter or margarine, melted, and if desired, rum.
  5. Sprinkle lemon peel and brown sugar on top.
  6. Bake uncovered 20 minutes.
  7. Serve warm with ice cream.
