Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix pears, sugar and oil- let stand 1 hour.
  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients then add to the pear mixture.
  3. This makes a thin batter. DO NOT use a mixer, do this all by hand.
  4. Pour into a greased-floured tube pan.
  5. Bake 1 hour 15 minutes at 325 degress.
  6. Serve w/ or w/ out cream cheese icing.
  7. Cream cheese icing :.
  8. 1/2 c butter softened,8 oz. cream cheese softend, 1 T vanilla & 1 pound powdered sugar.
  9. If it is to thick add a little milk.
  10. Spread over top of cake adn top w/ nuts if you want.
