Ingredients:

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2/3 cup warm water
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 1/3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup nuts

Directions:

  1. Mix eggs, sugar, pumpkin, oil,water (add the two teaspoons of soda to the water before mixing), and vanilla.
  2. Add dry ingredients.
  3. Bake in three greased loaf pans for 1 hour at 350.
