  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. In large skillet cook garlic and sesame seeds in oil 1 minute stirring constantly. Stir in peach preserves, ginger and crushed red pepper and soy sauce, cook 2 minutes more. Arrange chicken in roasting pain. Brush mixture over entire bird. Heat 15 minutes
