Ingredients:
1 clove(s) garlic minced |
1 teaspoon(s) sesame seeds |
1 tablespoon(s) oil |
1/3 cup(s) peach preserves |
1/4 teaspoon(s) ground ginger |
1/4 teaspoon(s) crushed red pepper flakes |
1 teaspoon(s) soy sauce |
1 roasted chicken |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. In large skillet cook garlic and sesame seeds in oil 1 minute stirring constantly. Stir in peach preserves, ginger and crushed red pepper and soy sauce, cook 2 minutes more. Arrange chicken in roasting pain. Brush mixture over entire bird. Heat 15 minutes |
