Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Add apples to a bowl add sugars and oil.
  3. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Combine all dry ingredients in another along with mint and nutmeg.
  5. Add walnuts to dry ingredients; add dry bowl to the apples bowl.
  6. Spoon batter into greased and floured Bundt pan.
  7. Bake for 50 minutes or until cake pulls away from side of pan.
  8. Cool cake for 10 minutes before serving.
