Annie's Golden Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 3/4 cup flour a
  • 1/2 tsp salt a
  • 2 cup sugar a
  • 1 cup oil b
  • 1 tsp vanilla b
  • 1 cupup cuphopped walnuts cup
  • 1/2 cupup cupoconut (flakes) cup

Directions:

  1. Instructions
  2. Baking pans coated with butter or Crisco.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  4. Combine items A in large mixing bowl.
  5. Combine items B in small mixing bowl.
  6. Combine items B into A by hand.
  7. Combine items C into A/B above.. by hand.
  8. Pour into to baking pan.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes….
  10. Check with toothpick... should come out clean..
  11. Check every 5 minutes - check with toothpick.
  12. Take out of oven and let cool 10 minutes in pan on wire rack.
  13. Turn out onto wire rack…….then, wrap.
  14. Wait at least 24 hours before cutting.
