Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fry beef or turkey in the pot your cooking your chili in when just about cooked add your garlic and hot pepper flakes and worchestershire sauce,
  2. In a pan sweat your onions
  3. Add the celery cook for 5 min
  4. Fry mushrooms
  5. Add to the chili pot, continue cooking for abut 10 min on low heat.
  6. Add your tomatoes, tomatoe sauce and tomatoe paste continue cooking on low for 20 mins.
  7. Add your chili pkg, chili powder, brown sugar, pepper cook for 10 min
  8. Add your cocoa
  9. Add your chopped peppers
  10. Garbonzo beans, kidney beans, beans and molasses, chopped olives
  11. S and P to taste if you like
  12. Set on low cook for 2 hours
  13. When ready to serve have chopped tomatoes , sour cream, cheddar cheese and green onions to put ontop of your chili, mmmmm yummy enjoy.
