Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain and rinse beans & tomatoes.
  2. Process all ingredients in food processor except oats.
  3. Stir in oats, mixing well.
  4. Form into patties.
  5. Grill on sprayed baking sheet for 8 minutes at 450 degrees.
  6. Turn and cook 2 more minutes, till lightly browned.
  7. Serve hot on hamburger buns with favorite toppings.
  8. May also saute on medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.
