Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400 then spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Stir in bell pepper, onions and garlic then sauté two minutes over medium heat and add salmon.
  3. Beat together eggs, milk and seasoning then pour over vegetables in pan.
  4. Cook eggs over medium low heat omelet style until sides are set about 5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese then transfer pan to oven 5” from heat.
  6. Bake an additional 5 minutes then cut into wedges and serve each slice with 1/4 cup salsa.
