Ingredients:

  • pinch of saffron
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Stir together saffron and water. Let stand 30 minutes.
  2. Stir together saffron mixture, mayonnaise, and remaining ingredients. Cover and chill.
