  1. In large boiler, saute onions and peppers in olive oil.
  2. Add chili seasoning, tomatoes, beans, turkey and water (taste and add salt and pepper if desired).
  3. Bring to a slow boil, reduce heat and simmer on very low temperature for 30 minutes.
