Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Combine sugars,salt and milk.
  2. Cook until soft ball stage on a candy thermometer.
  3. Add pecans.
  4. Remove from fire and add vanilla and butter.
  5. Beat until stiff;drop on wax paper let sit until set and then enjoy.
