Acorn Squash & Cranberry-orange Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut each squash in half length wise; remove seeds.
  2. Cut squash into 1 inch thick wedges.
  3. Arrange squash in slow cooker.
  4. Heat cranberry sauce, marmalade, cinnamon and raisins; stir until smooth.
  5. Pour sauce over squash in cooker.
  6. Cover& cook on low heat setting for 6-7 hours or high heat for 3-31/2 hours.
