Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  2. Grease & flour 2 8x4 inch loaf pans
  3. Beat eggs til light and frothy in large bowl
  4. Mix in oil and sugar
  5. Stir in zucchini and vanilla
  6. Combine flour, cinnamon, soda, baknig powder, salt and nuts
  7. Stir into egg mixture
  8. Divide batter into prepared pans
  9. Bake for 60-70 minutes
