Yams Roasted In Wine

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb yams peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Place yams in saucepan then add remaining ingredients and enough water to barely cover. Simmer until tender then pour into baking dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
