  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 0.5 (1 g) packet splenda sugar substitute , to taste
  • 1 dash nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Put all in a blender, except nutmeg.
  2. Pour into a glass, top with dash of nutmeg.
