Take a very ripe banana and cut it up. Put 1/2 of the banana into 2 zip lock bags and freeze. Ingredients:
1/2 frozen banana |
1 cup nonfat milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
0.5 (1 g) packet splenda sugar substitute, to taste |
1 dash nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Put all in a blender, except nutmeg. 2. Pour into a glass, top with dash of nutmeg. |
