Ingredients:

  • 1 small cabbage
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1/4 cup green pepper
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. In a food processor, shred cabbage. (or buy the pre-shredded like I do). Chop onion, pepper & parsley and add to cabbage. Shred carrot and add. In a small bowl combine the rest and pour over cabbage and toss. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
