Found on the internet and is very similar to a recipe I just 'make'. This one has amounts so I'm posting this one :) (Time includes refrigeration) Ingredients:
1 small cabbage |
1 small red onion |
1/4 cup green pepper |
1/2 cup parsley |
1 medium carrot |
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon celery seed |
1 teaspoon mustard seeds |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. In a food processor, shred cabbage. (or buy the pre-shredded like I do). Chop onion, pepper & parsley and add to cabbage. Shred carrot and add. In a small bowl combine the rest and pour over cabbage and toss. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. |
