Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar substitute
  • 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 1/4 cups almond milk
  • 1/4 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients and mix well, set aside. combine remaining ingredients and add to dry mixture, stir until smooth.
  2. Spoon 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto a hot nonstick griddle or nonstick skillet. Turn the pancakes when the tops are covered with bubbles and the edges look cooked. Flip cake and cook an additional minute or two.
  3. Enjoy :-).
