  1. Layer cheese in the bottom of a microwaveable bowl.
  2. Mix milk and sour cream together and pour over cheeses.
  3. Cook on High for 4 min.
  4. Then pour in blender or use a emulsifyer wand.
  5. To blend and break down butter fats until smooth.
  6. Serve with corn tortilla chips.
