Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice , combined , or
  • 1 tbsp vinegar , combined or
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup plain yogurt , combined or
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup sour cream , combined

Directions:

  1. Mix any one of the combinations thoroughly, and let stand on the counter for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Note: The original recipe said 1 PART milk to 2 PARTS of either the yogurt or sour cream, but this computer doesn't recognize 'parts', so I subbed in the cups.
