Chocolate Walnut Bundt Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 (18 oz) pkge. dark chocolate cake mix
  • 1 (3 oz) pkge. instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 (12 oz) pkge. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2-1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:

  1. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, milk, sour cream and eggs in large mixing bowl. Beat on low speed 1 minute.
  2. Beat on high speed 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
  4. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan or tube pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-65 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in cake comes out clean.
  6. Cool in pan on wire rack for 20 minutes. Invert onto rack to cook completely.
