Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix in a large bowl cake mix, 1 pkg pudding, eggs, 1 cup Sprite, oil and chopped nuts.
  2. Beat mixture together for 4 minutes.
  3. Bake in 2 9-inch pans at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  4. For frosting, beat Dream Whip, 1 pkg pudding, powdered milk and 1 cup Sprite until firm and creamy.
  5. Fold in Cool Whip.
