Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spray 2 layer cake pans or a tube pan with cooking spray.
  3. Mix cake ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
  4. Pour into cake pans.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 - 60 min.
  6. Knife will come out clean when done.
  7. Meanwhile mix powdered sugar with just enough lemon lime soda to make a paste.
  8. Spread Glaze on cake while hot.
  9. Prepare frosting.
  10. Add pudding mix dream whip& milk in a mixing bowl mix till peaks form.
  11. Frost cake when it has cooled.
  12. Sprinkle with nuts& coconut if desired.
