A spring favorite of the family. Ingredients:
1 box white cake mix |
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding |
3 eggs |
1 cup sprite |
1 cup wesson oil |
1/2 to 1 cup chopped nuts |
1 pkg dream whip, dry |
1 pkg pistachio instant pudding mix |
1/3 cup powdered milk |
1 cup sprite |
4 1/2 oz cool whip, thawed |
Directions:
1. Mix in a large bowl cake mix, 1 pkg pudding, eggs, 1 cup Sprite, oil and chopped nuts.
2. Beat mixture together for 4 minutes.
3. Bake in 2 9-inch pans at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
4. For frosting, beat Dream Whip, 1 pkg pudding, powdered milk and 1 cup Sprite until firm and creamy.
5. Fold in Cool Whip.
