Waffle Iron Chocolate Turtle Cookies

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine chocolate and margarine; melt over low heat. Cool.
  2. Combine eggs, sugar and vanilla;blend with chocolate mixture.
  3. Add flour and mix well.
  4. Heat waffle iron, drop batter by teaspoonfuls onto iron, 2 inches apart. If smaller cookie is desired, use less batter.
  5. Bake 1 1/2 minutes. Cool
  6. Frost tops with chocolate frosting and add a pecan half
  7. *****FROSTING*****
  8. Mix sugar and cocoa in saucepan
  9. Add milk and stir thoroughly.
  10. Let mixture come to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium and boil for 4 minutes
  11. Remove from heat, add butter and cool for 15 minutes.
  12. Add vanilla and beat untl creamy before using on cookies
