Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop apple and pour Splenda over, let sit 10 minutes.
  2. Add applesauce, egg white and vanilla.
  3. Combine dry ingredients and add to apple mixture.
  4. Spoon into muffin pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Bake 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven set at 350°F.
