Very Healthy Apple Muffins |

Great if you want healthy. Ingredients:
1 large granny smith apple, chopped |
1/2 cup splenda granular, sugar substitute |
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce |
1 egg white |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
3/4 cup wheat flour |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1 dash salt |
Directions:
1. Chop apple and pour Splenda over, let sit 10 minutes. 2. Add applesauce, egg white and vanilla. 3. Combine dry ingredients and add to apple mixture. 4. Spoon into muffin pan sprayed with cooking spray. 5. Bake 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven set at 350°F. |
