Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cup baking mix
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 8 pieces bacon cooked

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350'
  2. Grease a nine inch round baking pan .
  3. In a mixing bowl combine sugar , eggs ricotta and milk . Crumble precooked bacon and mix in with cheese to ingredients . Add baking mix stir until combined .
  4. Fold into pan ,bake 35 min or until golden brown .
