Venison or Beef Country Style Stew

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 lbs venison or 2 1/2 lbs beef, cubed
  • 2 (10 1/2 oz) cans mushroom soup
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz) package dry onion soup mix
  • 1 (8 oz) can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Cube the venison or beef. Add to crock pot. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook on high for 30 minutes. Reduce to low and simmer 6-8 hours. Serve over noodles or rice.
