Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup vadilia onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp parsley
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup flour for dough

Directions:

  1. ) Preheat oven to 350
  2. ) Combine garlic, sauteed onions, artichokes, and spinach in a bowl
  3. ) Pour olive oil over mixture and add in red pepper flakes, parsley, salt and pepper, mix together ingredients to ensure everything is well coated with seasonings and oil
  4. ) Using your hands knead pizza dough on a flour surface
  5. ) stretch out the pizza dough to the height of your pan, place dough on pan and continue to stretch dough. your goal is to get the dough to be about the same height and width of the pan your using. If your pizza dough begins to tear easily mend it by tearing from the doughy areas and working it over the rip or tear.
  6. ) Next add in the filling, carefully spoon out mixture to the left of the center of the stretched out dough, make sure there is enough dough on either side of your filling for folding over. Make sure the filling spreads from the bottom to the top of the pan ( many people don't do this and end up with very doughy ends)
  7. ) carefully fold over the right side of the stretched out dough to meet the left side. Using your fingers pinch edge together and tuck underneath dough to ensure bread it sealed
  8. ) Make three slits on the top of bread and let bake for 25 minutes or until bread begins to turn golden brown
