  1. Mix the jello with the boiling water.
  2. Stir until dissolved.
  3. Let set until slightly setting up.
  4. Add: salad dressing, carrots, celery, onion, green pepper.
  5. Mix gently.
  6. Fold in cottage cheese and Cool Whip.
  7. Chill.
