Vegan Chili Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 1/2 oz lawry's chili powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Directions:

  1. Boil 1 1/4 cup dehydrated textured soy protein in 6 cups of water, add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Sautee onion and Boiled soy meat in 2 tablespoons oil, in medium sauce pan, for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add Lawry's chili powder,tomato sauce, and water, stir well.
  4. Add mustard, brown sugar,garlic powder,paprika, salt and pepper.
  5. Reduce heat and let simmer for 2-4 minutes stirring occasionally.
  6. ENJOY!
