Ingredients:

  • frozen mixed veggies (regular size package)
  • 1 package of frozen corn (regular size package)
  • 1 cup mayo
  • mix all together. pour in greased casserole dish.
  • topping
  • 1/2 to 1 stick melted oleo

Directions:

  1. Mix all together. Pour in greased casserole dish.
  2. Topping:
  3. 1 tube of crushed Ritz Crackers
  4. 1/2 to 1 stick melted Oleo
  5. Mix together and Pat over top of Veggies
  6. Bake at 350* for 25-30 Minutes
