Directions:

  1. Saute the onion and garlic in some olive oil. Add the sausage and allow to brown, add the beans, tomatoes and peppers. Add the chicken stock until you have the consistency you want. Season with the cumin, salt, and pepper. Let it cook for 10-20 minutes on a simmer so the flavors can come together. Serve.
