Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a small pan over high heat, bring water to a boil.
  2. Add in tomatoes; remove pan from heat and let stand 10 minutes; drain and dry.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°.
  4. In a big bowl mix tomatoes, turkey, onion, garlic, egg, bread crumbs, milk, parsley, salt, poultry seasoning, and pepper.
  5. Shape into 1 1/2 inch meatballs; place on a lightly oiled or sprayed baking sheet with a rim.
  6. Bake about 15 minutes, until browned, stirring once.
  7. Meanwhile, in a saucepan whisk broth and wine with flour.
  8. Place over med-high heat; bring to a boil.
  9. Whisk until thickened; season with salt and pepper.
  10. Add meatballs and juices; simmer until flavors are blended, about 5 minutes.
  11. Serve over hot cooked rice or noodles.
